OUR SERVICES

Marine construction and engineering, end to end.

Four disciplines working together — shipbuilding, ship repair, fabrication, and installation — so a project moves from drawing to delivery under one roof.

01 · Shipbuilding & New Construction

Barges and tugs, keel to launch

We build deck cargo barges up to 300ft and twin-screw tugs from 28–29m, taking hulls from keel laying through fabrication, blocking, and launch under classification survey.

  • Deck cargo barges — up to 300ft x 90ft x 20ft, 8t/m² deck loading
  • Hopper barges with cargo tanks up to 550m³
  • Twin-screw tugs, 28–29m, 2,000–2,400 HP
  • Keel laying ceremonies through hull completion, RINA / BKI / BV class

02 · Ship Repair & Maintenance

Keeping vessels and rigs in service

Drydock repair and maintenance for offshore support vessels and jack-up rigs, including multi-year fleet contracts such as our work for PT. Britoil Offshore Indonesia (2015–2020).

  • Hull, structural, and mechanical repairs in drydock
  • Scheduled and breakdown maintenance for OSVs and jack-up rigs
  • Long-term maintenance contracts for offshore fleets
03 · Steel Fabrication

Structural steel for hulls, modules, and E-Houses

From hull blocks to E-House structural steel for onshore LNG construction, our fabrication shop and site teams cover cutting, forming, welding, and erection.

  • Structural steelwork for E-Houses and modules (incl. Pluto Train 1, Pax Ocean Batam)
  • Pipe support, spool, and manifold fabrication
  • Bending, welding, and assembly to class-approved WPS

Process piping, bent, fitted, and pulled

Piping scopes for offshore platforms and onshore heating systems, from raw pipe to installed, tested spools.

  • Pipe bending and spool fabrication
  • Manifold fabrication and installation on board
  • Flange make-up and process piping installation (e.g. MOPU Prameswari 8)
05 · Mechanical Works

Mechanical fit-out for marine & offshore structures

Mechanical installation and fit-out supporting our fabrication and piping scopes, from equipment setting to final alignment.

  • Mechanical equipment installation and alignment
  • Support fit-out for piping and structural packages
  • Punch-list close-out ahead of handover

How We Work

From drawing to delivery

1. Engineering & Planning

Scope review, drawings, and a project schedule aligned to class and client specification.

2. Fabrication
